Healthcare and food Products are non returnable

However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. has a 7 day replacement guarantee in case you received a damaged or incorrect item.

Once you receive your item make sure it is the correct one and absent of damage before removing the seal. 

Once you open the item it is not returnable unless defective.

If you have received a damaged or defective item you can contact customer service and obtain an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorisation) number by creating a case with our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of the item.


If you opt for a refund, the refund will be processed to your credit/debit card or in your bank account, depending on your payment method. You will receive the refund within 7-10 business days post cancellation of your order.
